My name is Adam Bullock, I moved to Canada 20 years ago from England . I married a Kootenay girl, fell in love with the Canadian mountains and being surrounded by the outdoors. 

I have always had a fascination for cooking from scratch and creating food out of ingredients from the Earth.

My knowledge for good gut health came to me some years ago, enjoying fermented foods and drinks, made me feel amazing, physically and mentally.

Kombucha sparked my interest a few years ago, I enjoy the whole process of making kombucha and even more so, the end product. I have put so much love and passion into creating some of my most flavorful creations, all with natural ingredients from Mother Nature.

Elevation Kombucha is never rushed and fermented for many weeks in small glass jars. The result is a kombucha that is very rich in good bacteria and acids, causing a probiotic function that hugely benefits good gut health.

Elevation stands out from other kombucha on the shelves, it has a taste that reminds people of a home brewed kombucha. We use organic fresh fruits, herbs and spices, creating a bold kombucha, packed with a great taste that will make you feel great mentally and physically.
